The neighborhood around here has gotten so much better over the last few years. New coffee shops, restaurants — it's really turning a corner.

$7,900/mo seems steep but honestly that's just the market in Laguna Niguel right now. Everything decent is in this range.

The natural light in those photos looks amazing. Which direction does this unit face? South-facing would be the dream.

Lived near here last year. The Sunday farmers market is incredible — definitely a perk of this area.

$7,900/mo for a rental?? In THIS economy? Someone's dreaming.

Any idea if there's in-unit washer/dryer or is it shared? That's a dealbreaker for me.
