Any idea if there's in-unit washer/dryer or is it shared? That's a dealbreaker for me.

1,690 sqft is really generous for a 3bd/2ba. Most condos I've toured in Laguna Niguel are way smaller.

Be aware the traffic on the main roads near here gets pretty bad during rush hour. But off-peak it's a breeze.
